Ritonavir side effects: Nausea, diarrhea, perioral parasthesia, increased transaminases, raised triglycerides; generally well tolerated.Ritonavir resistance: Over time and as a function of dose, viral load and CD4 cell count tended to return to baseline values and viral susceptibility weakened.
